nice facilities but could improve on cleanliness

The location is great, right between two cities which makes it easy to explore. The staff gave us a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety, and I especially enjoyed the garden view while dining.

The cleanliness in some common areas could be better.

In my kids’ opinion, more shade around the pool would be nice.

Additionally, some extra beds could use an upgrade, as they felt more like sleeping on metal than providing comfort.
